1. Verify your eligibility.
You must be a licensed driver for at least two years prior to taking the course. Other eligible drivers in your household can also earn the discount by taking a qualifying course.

2. Order the home-study course.
The NSC Driver Safety Course is available on VHS video, CD-ROM, or the Internet, so you can take the class at home. The course costs $19.95,3 takes about 90 minutes to complete, and includes:
• 54-minute training video or CD-ROM
• workbook
• open-book test answer sheet

3. Get a passing grade.
