Our recognition conferences are divided into three levels and are held annually at leading resorts worldwide. Our top producers travel to locations such as Moscow, Beijing, Paris, and Rome. We also offer awards for both sales leadership and career accomplishments.
In addition, MetLife follows a “Segmented Service Strategy” which provides for special services based on the production levels you achieve –“do more, get more”:
- Our top tier, reserved for our top conference qualifiers, is the Elite Service & Sales Support Program and it promises direct access, quicker service and greater rewards to help you increase business productivity. You will have support from a dedicated Elite team of exceptional professionals, 2 hour status or resolution of all requests routed through this team, and access to dedicated Life and Disability underwriters and Long Term Care and EnterpriseGA case managers as well as an impressive network of 35 experienced and knowledgeable service and sale support partners.
- Producers who qualify for the next conference level are eligible for the second tier: the Concierge Service & Sales Support Program. This program includes: easy access with one integrated toll-free number, priority support from over 35 MetLife partners, dedicated access to senior staff including designated Life underwriters and Long Term Care and EnterpriseGA case managers.
- Our third tier, the Leaders Service & Sales Support program, provides recognition and direct access to service and sales support from over 35 MetLife partners, including Advanced Markets for life insurance support, new product and inforce illustrations and case design.
- The fourth tier, Business Class Service Program is the foundation for quality service and building your business and provides easy access via one integrated toll-free number that consolidates multiple services across MetLife and directory assistance for where/how to access service.
