Billing Options
There are several ways that you can get your insurance bills. Choose from the following:
• Direct Bill: All your bills are sent via the U.S. Postal Service directly to you, the insured.
• Mortgagee Bill: All your home insurance bills are sent to the mortgage company listed in your policy. This is available only to owners of a home, condo, or mobile home.
• Bill to Other: All your bills are sent to a designated individual other than you, the insured.
• ExpressIT®: No bills are sent. Instead, your premium payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month by electronic funds transfer (EFT).
• Payroll Deduction: No bills are sent. Your premium payments are automatically deducted from your paychecks. This option is only available to employees of select group accounts.
Installment Plans
You have several payment options to choose from.
• 6-month policies: Select a 1-payment or a 2-payment plan.
• Annual policies: Select a 1-, 2- 4- or 9-payment plan.
Payment Options: One Time, Non-Recurring
If you wish to make each payment as it's due, you can choose the following one-time options, which are available on most insurance policies:
• Electronic Check or EFT (electronic funds transfer). Make an electronic payment from your checking account online through our eService website (www.eservice.metlife.com) or by phone at 1-800-422-4272. There is no additional charge to make an online payment.
• Credit card or ATM/debit card. Make a payment online through our eService website (www.eservice.metlife.com) or by phone at 1-800-422-4272. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, as well as ATM/Debit Cards with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo. There is no additional charge to make an online payment.
• Paper check. You can mail us a check in the envelope provided with your billing statement to the addresses below. Remember to include your account number/policy number and the payment stub in the envelope provided. Please allow 10 business days prior to due date for mailing time.

Payment Options: Automatic, Recurring
If you wish to set up your payments so that they're automatically paid, you can choose the following options, which are available on most insurance policies:
• ExpressITSM: Save time and money with ExpressIT! Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month by electronic funds transfer (EFT), and there are no processing fees. Enrolling in the plan is simple:
o Download and print the ExpressIt Authorization Form.
o Complete the Authorization Form.
o Return the signed Authorization Form and a copy of a voided check to us at the address/fax number indicated on the form.
• Payroll Deduction: Your premium payments are automatically deducted from your paycheck. This option is only available to employees of select group accounts. (Certain eligibility requirements may apply.) In some states, you may be eligible for an additional insurance premium discount by enrolling in payroll deduction.
Outstanding Balance Information
Your current amount due, payment due date, and remaining premium balance are available on MetLife Auto & Home’s secure easy-to-use eSERVICE web site (www.eservice.metlife.com). Simply log in to the password-protected eSERVICE site, then select the desired insurance policy and click "Billing."
