  • Research finds that the views on aging are relative to a number of factors, not the least of which is the age of the respondent.

Ten Tips for Maintaining a Healthy Brain
Brain health is becoming an increasingly important health issue. According to the April 2006 Attitudes and Awareness of Brain Health Poll from the American Society on Aging and the MetLife Foundation, an overwhelming majority of individuals indicated that they believe:

  • It is possible to improve brain fitness
  • It is important to have "thinking ability" checked on a regular basis
