The Metropolitan Series Fund II (“MSFII”) offers one portfolio managed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. MSFII shares are offered only to certain eligible qualified retirement plans. The general public may not directly purchase MSFII shares.

Purchasers should understand that this portfolio incurs risks which will be dependent upon the investment decisions made by the respective Portfolio Manager.
