The MetLife Foundation, through its Awards for Medical Research program, has contributed millions of dollars for research by scientists who have dedicated themselves to finding a cure for Alzheimer's disease. The program recognizes the importance of basic research and enables scientists to pursue new ideas. Each year an ad is created to highlight the winning scientist and to honor their contributions.
