Using a combination of financial education workshops and one-on-one consultations, MetLife Advice provides dedicated support to help employers and employees manage the effects of large scale change as well as day-to-day turnover:

- contacts affected employees to offer assistance in making important benefit and financial decisions in a short period of time

Mini-recordkeeping Services: A No Cost Service Enhancement
This no cost service enhances the Transition Solutions Program by applying a simple process to provide financial education and support to transitioning employees. MetLife will use employer provided data to send conversion and/or portability notifications to employees who are experiencing changes to their group benefits. A MetLife Advice Specialist then contacts the individual to offer assistance in making time-sensitive, post employment benefit decisions.
