Indemnity plans. MetLife also provides a traditional fee-for-service dental plan giving your clients' participants the freedom to visit any licensed dentist in the country, regardless of whether he/she participates in any network, for covered services.

Dental Managed Care plan benefits are provided by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, a New York corporation, in NY.
