MetLife Advice for Employees
By developing a relationship with a MetLife Advice Specialist, employees can focus on reaching lifetime goals by receiving objective information on key financial issues such as college, retirement, investment and protection strategies. In doing so, they will identify the appropriate steps to take today to help them achieve financial freedom. The scope of our education effort may include plan information, general financial and investment information, asset allocation models and interactive investment materials.
The role of the MetLife Advice Specialist, who is either a MetLife Financial Services Representative or an Agent of New England Financial, a MetLife company, is to help employees understand and utilize their group benefits, so they can identify the right solution for their own financial situation. Key drivers include major events in a person’s life such as marriage, the birth of a child, purchase of a home, death of a spouse or retirement. Our goal is to meet the needs of employees at all phases of their lives.
Employees may request a complimentary, one-on-one consultation with a dedicated MetLife Advice Specialist in their area by calling a toll-free telephone number and speaking to a services representative who can request that a MetLife Advice Specialist contact them. During the one-on-one consultations, specially trained professionals provide a personal and confidential touch to assist employees in determining the best solutions for their needs.
