Ken A. McIntyre
Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets

Ken McIntyre joined MetLife in 2002 as a member of the Mortgage Investment Committee with additional responsibility for pricing commercial mortgage originations. During 2004 he became a Managing Director and Head of the Real Estate Capital Markets Group. In this capacity he is responsible for the High Yield Mortgage Program, involving investing in mezzanine loans and subordinate tranches of mortgages; origination of commercial mortgages through alternative channels, and syndication of commercial mortgages. Additionally, the Capital Markets Group manages the revolving credit lending program and MetLife’s investments in real estate debt funds.
Prior to joining MetLife, Mr. McIntyre was the head of Real Estate Syndications for KeyBank. Prior to KeyBank, he was one of the founding members of GE Capital Real Estate’s Capital Markets Group and was a Director at UBS where he was involved in underwriting real estate debt and equity for public and private markets. Mr. McIntyre has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
