What really sets us apart from other providers is the direct support you and your employees receive from a dedicated, onsite MetLife Financial Services Representative (FSR). These professionals deliver targeted education and communication programs designed to educate your employees and maximize participation in your plan.

Your dedicated FSR:

  • Conducts onsite enrollment and education seminars
  • Meets with participants one-on-one to:
    • answer retirement plan questions
    • help complete enrollment and salary reduction forms
    • review financial needs
    • offer guidance for setting and achieving retirement goals

MetLife is committed to helping you reach the goals you've set for your retirement savings plan. We'll work with you to design a program to help boost your employees' participation in the plan and to help them achieve financial security by the time they retire.

The Right Message. The Right Time. The Right Media.

The Right Message To develop an effective communication strategy for your plan, we start by reviewing your plan goals. We can even survey your employees to identify any gaps in knowledge with respect to your retirement plan or other financial concepts. Using this information, we partner with you to develop communication and education campaigns that target different employee segments.
The Right Time To help your employees better understand the importance of saving for retirement, MetLife offers educational content through our Curriculum of Retirement Education (CORE) program. CORE is an integrated, multimedia platform that addresses the changing lifestyles and financial needs of your employees.
The Right Media Recognizing that employees have different learning styles, MetLife developed our Layers of Learning delivery model for educational programs. This approach focuses on making information available through a variety of methods — through our on-site representatives, traditional in-person seminars, online tools and personalized mailings.

Mutual funds and variable annuities are sold by prospectus only, which are available from your registered representative. Please carefully consider the product’s features, risks, charges and expenses, and the investment objectives and policies of the underlying investments, as well as other information about underlying funding choices. This and other information is available in the prospectus, which you should read carefully before making purchases and allocations. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate with changes in market conditions such that shares and unit values may be worth more or less than the original value when redeemed. Diversification cannot eliminate the risk of investment loss.

Like most annuity contracts, MetLife contracts contain withdrawal charges, limitations, exclusions, holding periods, termination provisions and terms for keeping them in force. Contact your MetLife representative for costs and complete details. Because tax deferral is provided by the plan, participants who invest in an annuity contract under a plan should have a reason other than tax deferral to invest in an annuity contract, such as a guaranteed death or lifetime income benefits.
