Investments Analysts Program
The Investments Analysts Program (IAP) is a four-year program designed to give analysts valuable "hands-on" experience assisting investment professionals at a leading institution before entering a full-time graduate business school. After graduation from college, Analysts will be placed in one of the two tracks -- Quantitative or Credit -- within MetLife Investments. The IAP is not a rotational program, but participants may have the option after two years to apply and interview for other assignments within MetLife Investments. In addition, high performers may have an opportunity for longer-term employment with MetLife after they have completed the four-year program.
