Institutional Leadership Development Program
MetLife’s Institutional Leadership Development Program is a challenging three year rotational program. This intensive results-driven program offers the right candidates accelerated learning opportunities and career advancement (upon successful completion of the program). The program goes far beyond just your professional role. It prepares you as a future business leader by providing you with broad exposure to the different areas of the MetLife business, offering guided career development, providing training in leadership capabilities and offering a network of support such as your program manager, senior managers and fellow program associates and alumni.
The Leadership Development Program typically recruits each year starting in January and will stop accepting applications early February. - Three one-year rotations within your chosen line of business. Each one year rotation will be in a different group within your department (i.e., if your department is Institutional Marketing, you will rotate to different groups within the marketing organization)
- Your rotations will give you hands-on exposure to the different areas within your department
- Flexibility in rotating out of your department if another area proves to be a stronger fit for you

- Must be willing to travel
* Must also be willing and able to relocate based on rotational assignments.
