Before you proceed, please review the Enrollment Instructions.
To enroll in the CSU plan, you must have the following:
- Social Security Number
- Plan number and Division number
- Password
If you would like to speak with a representative to discuss the options in the new plan, please call the California Regional Office at 866-294-0807 and they will put you in contact with your representative for your location.
