Group Disability Insurance provides you with financial support if you are unable to work due to injury or illness.
While you can't predict when or if a disability will happen, MetLife can help you create your own personal safety net should the unexpected happen. After all, your ability to earn an income is one of your most valuable assets—one worth protecting.
MetLife will also work with you, your employer, and healthcare provider to help you recover as quickly as possible and get back to your job if appropriate.
Services and coverage provided by MetLife Group Disability Insurance includes:

Leave may be taken in continuous spans of time or through intermittent or reduced-schedule leave, subject to certain exceptions and limitations.
Your employer can provide you with specific information regarding their FMLA administration process.
