For Deferred Income Annuities, MetLife's Longevity Income Guarantee (Personal Income Builder in some states) Standard Version offers a one-time opportunity to withdraw a partial or full commuted value, however the Maximum Income Version does not allow for any withdrawals and income payments cannot start earlier than age 85.
