| 1999 | Introduced the groundbreaking Juggling Act study, which examined the potential wealth lost over a lifetime by working caregivers who need to make workplace adjustments to manage their caregiving responsibilities. |
| 2002 | Pioneered the annual collection of national market survey data on nursing home, assisted living, and home care costs. |
| 2003 | Introduced a “Since You Care” series of guides for family caregivers to provide them with information and resources related to various caregiving topics. |
| 2003 | Reported the findings of its MetLife Retirement Income IQ Study that revealed pre-retirees scored very poorly on an assessment of critical financial retirement knowledge. |
| 2004 | Published a nationally representative survey to measure public awareness and knowledge of long-term care issues and facts. |
| 2005 | Brought together leaders and stakeholders concerned about caregiving, to make recommendations to the White House Conference on Aging related to caregiving agenda for the next decade. |

| 2009 | As a follow-up to the 2004 study, published the Long-Term Care IQ, a nationally representative survey to measure public awareness and knowledge of long-term care issues and facts. |
