David DeLong & AssociatesDr. DeLong is widely-respected for his work on multigenerational workforce issues. His recent collaboration with the Institute yielded the groundbreaking work, Searching for the Silver Bullet: Leading Edge Solutions for Leveraging an Aging Workforce, which detailed emerging strategies creative-minded employers are using to deal with new challenges posed by increased Baby Boomer retirements. Dr. DeLong's ability to recognize and confront these critical issues makes him a valuable partner with the Institute.
