A nationally recognized gerontologist, Dr. Timmermann heads the MetLife Mature Market Institute.  She is a frequent speaker at conferences and writes the Financial Gerontology column for the Journal of Financial Service Professionals. Dr. Timmermann has held senior staff positions at the nation's leading aging-related organizations and is currently chair of the board of the National Alliance for Caregiving, immediate past chairperson of the Business Forum on Aging.

A well-regarded presenter and trainer of brokers, agents and other business partners, Ms. Howard leads the department responsible for internal relationships. She is an active member of the American Society on Aging, chair of the ASA's Business and Aging Awards committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Norwalk Senior Center.

As Director of Research, Dr. Migliaccio is responsible for developing and implementing the Institute's research program, including studies, polls and analyses. Nationally recognized in the field of aging, and an award winning researcher, he has served on several national boards, including those of the American Society on Aging and the National Association of Senior Living Industries.

Ms. O'Brien draws on 30 years of experience in long-term care and gerontology to provide training, leadership and education on issues relating to aging, retirement and long-term care. She is the co-editor of QuickFACTS and the Since You Care series of guides for caregivers.Kathy currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA)

Ms. Radding brings over 15 years of clinical and consultative experience in healthcare--working with the elderly, family caregivers and employers. She provides education and training to financial professionals, MetLife’s corporate customers and business partners on the emerging issues around aging, retirement, and the changing demographics in the workplace. Ms. Radding is also the co-editor of QuickFacts and the Since You Care Guides.
