To help monitor and manage your account, you can obtain information and make transactions virtually 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may access your account in two ways:
Log onto www.mlr.metlife.com
If you forgot your PIN, click on Forgot your PIN? and enter your Username or Social Security Number and submit. Click on PIN Reminder.
Call 1-800-543-2520
If you need a PIN, listen to the prompts to have a new one mailed to you. Or press 0 to speak to a Customer Service Representative
