METLIFE TO HOLD YEAR-END 2011 INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL

MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET) will hold a year-end investor conference call on Monday, December 5, 2011 from 8 a.m. to approximately 9:30 a.m. (ET). Presenters will include Steven A. Kandarian, president, chief executive officer and chairman-elect; William J. Wheeler, president, The Americas; and Steven J. Goulart, executive vice president and chief investment officer.
