MetLife Auto & Home’s National Catastrophe Response Team is ready to handle incoming claims and work with our customers one-on-one. You don’t need your policy number to begin the claim process. We’ll do our best to assist with your covered claim, including:
- Securing shelter, as needed.
- Providing guidance on temporary repairs.
- Issuing advance payments using a stored value card or electronic funds transfer for immediate expenses.
- Facilitating the claim process through claim settlement.

To help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible, we’ve have partnered with the Florida Department of Financial Services and our catastrophe vehicles will be at the DFS Insurance Villages at the following locations Monday 9/18 through Thursday 9/21 from 8:00am – 6:00pm.
