MetLife Auto & Home’s National Catastrophe Response Team is ready to handle incoming claims and work with our customers one-on-one. You don’t need your policy number to begin the claim process. We’ll do our best to assist with your covered claim, including:

  • Securing shelter, as needed.
  • Providing guidance on temporary repairs.
  • Issuing advance payments using a stored value card or electronic funds transfer for immediate expenses.
  • Facilitating the claim process through claim settlement.
