Within this role, you’ll determine coverage and liability to all parties involved in a claim, resolve complaints, manage pending claims and interpret plan provisions to customers.

MetLife Customer Service Consultants (CSCs) respond to millions of inquiries per year. Our goal is to make it easier for customers to do business with us. Our consultants are organized into smaller teams dedicated to supporting a different product area and business franchise, including some dedicated to handling inquiries for specific large institutional clients.
While every CSC may support a different product or franchise, they all have one thing in common — each is committed to providing world-class customer service, from the ordinary daily inquiries to complex business transactions. As a new associate who completes our comprehensive 6–12 week training course, you’ll be empowered to provide solutions for our customers and inform them about MetLife products and services on every level.
