MetLife's Americas Business Leadership Development Program is a results-driven three year rotational program. The program extends beyond each associate's professional role as it prepares individuals as future business leaders by providing exposure to various areas of MetLife's businesses. Additionally, the program offers guided career development, exposure to senior leadership, leadership training and skills development. It encompasses an established and wide network of support consisting of management, mentors and fellow program associates as well as alumni.
The Americas region of MetLife's business focuses on supporting our customers' needs by offering a strong portfolio of employee benefits, protection and retirement products. Associates in the program are placed in various parts of the business in offices across the country to support these needs.
The Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program. Associates in the program are exposed to various job functions, managers and leaders within a specific line of business. Job functions and responsibilities vary each year, which offer many opportunities for professional growth.
The Leadership Development Program seeks to attract diverse talents of all backgrounds. Ideal candidates are passionate, highly motivated and driven individuals, who demonstrate a desire to learn as well as actively take on leadership responsibilities to positively impact MetLife's business and associates.
