MetLife's Americas Business Leadership Development Program is a results-driven three-year rotational program that is critical to being a world-class company. As an associate of this program, you’ll be prepared to become a future leader of MetLife, gaining experience and insight.
The Americas region of MetLife's business focuses on supporting our customers' needs by offering a strong portfolio of employee benefits, protection and retirement products. In this three-year rotational program, you’ll experience diverse parts of the business in offices across the region and be exposed to various job functions and managers within a specific line of business. Job functions and responsibilities will vary each year, offering many opportunities for professional growth, including:
