Dana G. Burns

Dana G. Burns is a senior portfolio manager, Investment Grade Fixed Income, at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Dana joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

At PineBridge, Dana was responsible for the management of high-grade institutional and retail fixed income portfolios. Dana’s primary focus was the management of investment-grade total return portfolio and high-quality insurance company assets. 

Previously, Dana was vice president and co-manager of the Fixed Income Separately Managed Account Group at Morgan Stanley. Additionally, Dana managed assets for high-net-worth individuals through Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management Group. Dana’s investment industry experience began in 1997.

Dana received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Richmond and an MBA from New York University.
