Jacqueline Denning
Jacqueline Denning is head of the Los Angeles regional office. She oversees commercial real estate debt and equity activities, including mortgage origination, property acquisitions and dispositions and joint venture investments. Since 2013, Jacqueline has overseen mortgage origination volume exceeding $8 billion, over 30 real estate transactions with a total capitalization of more than $1.5 billion, and the disposition of over 30 properties valued at more than $1 billion.
Jacqueline joined MetLife in 2005 and held a variety of positions, including debt origination, acquisitions and asset management. During Jacqueline’s over 25 year career in commercial real estate, she has worked in various management and origination capacities at New York Life Investment Management, CapMark (formerly GMAC) and Ernst & Young. Her responsibilities included portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, mortgage production, brokerage, appraisal, corporate relocation, and litigation due diligence. She is a past president of the Bay Area Mortgage Bankers Association and former board member to the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of NAIOP.
Jacqueline has a Bachelor of Science in real estate, finance and law from California Polytechnic University in Southern California.
