Jeannine Heal, CFA

Jeannine Heal, CFA is the global co-head of Insurance Solutions, Americas at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Jeannine joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

At PineBridge, Jeannine was the head of Insurance Investment Solutions, Americas, where she was responsible for developing overall business strategy for the region, as well as new and ongoing relationships with insurance clients. Her key responsibilities included selling asset management services and products/strategies across both public and private fixed income and equity markets to domestic property/casualty, reinsurance, life and annuity, and health insurers. Prior to that role, Jeannine spent seven years in institutional sales/relationship management at Goldman Sachs, covering domestic insurance clients. She started her career at Goldman Sachs as a summer intern and spent time as financial analyst, primarily working on interest rate swaps.

Jeannine is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business. She is a CFA^® charterholder.
