Yukihiro Iwasaki

Yukihiro Iwasaki is a portfolio manager for Japan Equities on the Investment Team at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Yukihiro joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

With nearly three decades of investment experience, most recently, Yukihiro was a portfolio manager at of the PineBridge Japan All Cap Equity Strategy. Additionally, he managed PineBridge’s Japan CSR funds and worked as an investment analyst covering a broad range of sectors including technology, automobiles, machinery, IT/telecom, and materials.

Prior to PineBridge, Yukihiro spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs Japan, where he began his career as a credit analyst. During that time, he covered banks and industrials before transitioning into equity research, specializing in trading companies and the oil sector.

Yukihiro holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from Waseda University.
