Kristen Kozlowski

Kristen Kozlowski is Head of Strategy & Business Development, Benson Elliot at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Kristen joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

Most recently, at PineBridge Benson Elliot, Kristen was head of Strategy & Business Development, responsible for portfolio monitoring, product development, and capital raising. She previously worked in transaction advisory for CBRE Hotels, assisting global capital in the acquisition and disposition of hotels throughout the United States and Europe. Kristen began her career with Sage Hospitality, a third-party management company in the United States.

Kristen holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and a BS in finance from the University of Colorado.
