Helen Zhou Remeza, PhD

Helen Remeza is Head of Insurance Investment Strategies at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Helen joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

Most recently, at PineBridge, Helen was a member of the Insurance Investment Solutions Team and head of Insurance Strategies Americas, with a focus on providing investment, regulatory, structuring, and rating solutions to a broad range of insurance companies. She has extensive experience in the insurance industry, asset management, and rating agency. She was previously a managing director at Fosun Group, a director at AIG, a lead analyst at Moody’s, and a strategist at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Helen graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Tsinghua University.
