Andy Suen, CFA, FRM

Andy Suen, CFA, FRM, is co-head of Asia Public Fixed Income at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Prior to MIM’s acquisition of PineBridge Investments in 2025, he served as co-head of Asia Fixed Income at PineBridge, where he was responsible for portfolio management and oversight of the firm’s Asia fixed income platform. He and the strategies under his management received recognition from industry organizations including Morningstar, Bloomberg, The Asset and Citywire.

Andy began his investment career in 2007 as a credit research analyst and has extensive experience analyzing Asian credit markets. He also served as PineBridge’s head of Asia ex-Japan Credit Research. Prior to joining PineBridge, he was a credit desk analyst on BNP Paribas’ Asia flow credit trading desk and a publishing credit analyst with UBS’ Asia credit research team.

Andy earned a master’s degree in financial mathematics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a bachelor’s degree, with first-class honors, in actuarial science from the University of Hong Kong. He is a CFA^® charterholder and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
