Partners/Principals may enroll for up to $1,000,000 in life insurance coverage on a guaranteed-issue basis* (no medical exams or health questions) between August 1 - December 31, 2021.

  • If you are a current Group Universal Life or Group Variable Universal Life participant, you may take this opportunity to increase your coverage in that plan.
  • If you are not a current participant, you may choose to enroll for either Group Universal Life or Group Variable Universal Life coverage, but not both.

Group Universal Life

Group Universal Life Insurance Plan (GUL) provided by MetLife has an optional Cash Accumulation Account that earns tax-deferred interest at a guaranteed interest rate, which is currently 4%.**

To enroll for up to $1,000,000 of coverage without providing evidence of good health, download the enrollment form by clicking the button below. You can then save and email the completed application with Consent Statement acknowledgement to employerbenefitsinquiries.service@mercer.com. You may also request up to $5,000,000, the plan maximum, in units of $10,000, by providing evidence of good health.

Group Variable Universal Life

Group Variable Universal Life Insurance (GVUL) provided by MetLife has an optional Cash Accumulation Account, that unlike GUL, has the option to allocate additional investment dollars into professionally managed investment portfolios.

To enroll for up to $1,000,000 of coverage without providing evidence of good health, click on the enrollment button below. You may also request up to $5,000,000 of coverage, the plan maximum, in units of $10,000, by providing evidence of good health.

*You must meet eligibility requirements and be an active employee. If you enroll for more than the guaranteed issue coverage or enroll after the special enrollment period, you must provide evidence of good health. This coverage will take effect on the date MetLife agrees in writing to cover you.
