MetLife Auto & Home's CARE network includes car repair facilities across the country that we work with to ensure quality repairs. We guarantee the parts and workmanship of repairs following a covered loss for as long as you own the car, if you choose to use one of our repair facilities in the CARE network. CARE also includes 'Drop & Go' concierge rental service. through Enterprise Rent-A-Car® If you carry substitute transportation coverage, under Drop & Go, an Enterprise Rent-A-Car representative will meet you at the shop on the day of your appointment.
If you have a favorite shop not in our CARE program, we will work with them to get you back on the road, but cannot guarantee the repairs or offer our 'Drop & Go' rental service.
