Benefit Recipients can enroll in the dental and vision plans during the OPERS Open Enrollment: October 15 through December 15. New benefit recipients or benefit recipients and/or eligible dependents who experience a qualifying life event may enroll outside of the Open Enrollment period. Please contact OPERS at 1-800-222-7377 or visit opers.org for specific enrollment guidelines.

MetLife US Mobile App

Benefit recipients can also access claim information on-the-go. Our mobile app has many of the same features as the MetLife MyBenefits web portal – benefit recipients can view and edit details for claims and absences.

Download the MetLife US App from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Before using the MetLife US App, you must register at www.metlife.com/mybenefits from a computer. Registration cannot be done from your mobile device.
