Getting started is easy. You simply choose an attorney in any area of practice from our network, which is available online or via one of our Call Center representatives in Cleveland, OH. We will then give you an Eligibility ID number to share with the lawyer when you call to make an appointment. It’s that simple.
You can meet with a Network Attorney face- to- face or by phone. You can also submit questions online via the Ask an Attorney feature and receive a response within 24 hours– whatever works best for you. And for certain legal matters, your attorney can represent you in court without you having to make an appearance.
Our Network Attorneys are there for you, whenever you need advice on any personal legal matter or representation on legal services covered under your plan—giving you peace of mind that you’ve got an expert on your side, for as long as you need them.

Yes. Our Client Service Center representatives in Cleveland, OH, are available to help you find the right attorney for your personal legal matter. They can provide a list of local network attorneys to you over the phone or they can email the list to you. We’re committed to ensuring you receive the expert legal help you need, when you need it.
Yes. If you prefer to work with an out-of-network attorney, we’ll reimburse you for services based on a set fee schedule.3
Yes. You have unlimited use of the plan over the course of the year for covered legal matters; we don’t have use limits. Your Eligibility ID indicates your plan coverage to the attorney.4
Less than you might think. For less than a dollar a day, you can have our legal experts on your side, for as long as you need them. You can find the exact cost for your plan in the enrollment materials provided by your employer.
