Immigration Assistance and Representation

Immigration Assistance and Representation

Test

Your life can feel like it’s on hold as you sort through immigration matters. There is a huge demand for permanent entry into the U.S. and the government has strict requirements for proving eligibility. Navigating this maze on your own can be difficult and time-consuming, while an experienced immigration attorney can help avoid costly and timely mistakes and mitigate unexpected situations throughout the waiting period.

Amazon’s enhanced legal plan includes two levels of coverage:

  • Immigration Assistance — covering legal advice and consultation, preparation of affidavits and powers of attorney, review of any immigration documents, and preparing you for hearings.
  • Immigration Representation — covering attendance at related court hearings and serving as your legal counsel.

If you or a eligible dependent are experiencing an urgent personal immigration event, please contact MyHR through Amazon and you may be eligible to enroll in the MetLife Enhanced Legal Plan for immediate assistance.

To enroll, contact My HR through the A to Z app or Desktop.

Once enrolled, contact MetLife’s dedicated critical care support line at 877-261-6204. Our Client Service Advocates are here to help with any questions on what is included, or to help schedule an appointment with an attorney Monday – Friday from 5:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST).
