Getting started is easy. Login to your member dashboard to review your coverage options. After selecting the legal coverage that you need help with, the attorney search function will help you find a qualified attorney for your legal issue, in your area. Call the attorney for an appointment and provide your eligibility ID, that’s it!
There are no co-payments, deductibles, or wait-times for using network attorney services. Additionally, we have a Self-Help Library with a vast assortment of DIY documents so you can skip working with an attorney for some legal matters.
Got a quick question and don’t want to make an appointment? Use the Ask An Attorney feature to submit your inquiry or concern and an attorney will respond within 48 business hours. Finally, our Digital Estate Planning Solution is an efficient way to complete your Will, Living Will, Power of Attorney, and other estate planning documents online. Video notary is also available in some states.

Yes – our Client Service Center representatives are here to help you find an attorney best suited to help with your legal matter. We’re committed to ensuring you receive the expert legal help you need.
Yes – you can use any attorney you’d like. If you choose an attorney outside of our network, we’ll reimburse you for services based on a set fee schedule.3
Yes, you can use the same or a different lawyer to meet your legal needs over the course of your benefit year for covered legal matters.4
Less than you might think. For less than a dollar a day, you can have our legal experts on your side, for as long as you need them. You can find the exact cost for your plan in the enrollment materials provided by your employer.
