Dental Insurance for Active Employees

There are two plan options available:

  • Kyndryl Dental Basic: provides basic coverage for preventive, diagnostic and basic restorative care, up to $500 per covered person, per year. There is no annual deductible. Orthodontia services are not covered under this plan.
  • Kyndryl Dental Plus: offers an enhanced benefit, covering preventive, diagnostic, basic restorative, major restorative and orthodontia care. There is no annual deductible. Under this plan option, benefits are limited to $2,000 per covered person, per year; orthodontia care is subject to a lifetime maximum of $2,500 per covered person.
