Group Universal Life

• For Group Universal Life Insurance enroll online anytime by visiting www.metlife.com/mybenefits.
• You may enroll in GUL at anytme. GUL coverage is subject to underwriting approval.
• Coverage will become effective first of the month following approval, subject to the billing cut-off guidelines.
