MetLife is the administrator of accommodations for Wells Fargo. Please contact MetLife for support with accommodations requests.

How to request an accommodation

Active Employees or Contingent or Contract Workers:

  • Contact MetLife to file your accommodation by one of the following methods:
  • Keep in mind these considerations for filing your accommodations request:
    • Clearly state the specific tasks you are having trouble performing.
    • You may need to provide documentation from a healthcare provider that outlines your limitations or restrictions.
    • Remain engaged and respond quickly to all requests for information.

  • Email MetLife at wellsfargoaccommodations@metlife.com to file your accommodation request. When emailing, attach a completed accommodation intake form.
  • Keep in mind these considerations for filing your accommodations request:
    • Let your recruiter know if you will need an accommodation for the application or interview process, due to a medical condition.
    • Clearly state the specific tasks you are having trouble performing.
    • Remain engaged and respond quickly to all requests for information.

To access from work: Search MetLife MyBenefits on HR Services & Support

To access from home:

1. Go to metlife.com/mybenefits.

2. Type in your company name. Click Next.

3. Log in with your username and password.
