Call 1-800-854-6011 to file a claim – we're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year or log in to your MetLife Auto & Home account and file a claim online.
- Car Damage Log in to your MetLife Auto & Home accounts and file an auto claim online.
- Glass If your claim is glass-related (like a crack in your windshield), file a glass claim online here.
You're welcome to go with whatever service provider you like, but we've added the link above for your convenience. - Towing You can also submit a towing claim online if you have an online MetLife Auto & Home account.

MetLife Auto & Home’s CARE network includes car repair facilities across the country that we work with to ensure quality repairs. If you use one of the service providers in the network, we guarantee the parts and workmanship of repairs following a covered loss for as long as you own the vehicle. If you already have a preferred auto repair shop that is not currently in our CARE program, that’s ok too. We will work with them to get you back on the road, however we cannot guarantee the repairs like we do with the providers in our CARE program.
