Luke Codrington

Luke Codrington is portfolio manager of Emerging Markets Corporate & Corporate Investment Grade at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Luke joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

At PineBridge, Luke was a member of the Global Emerging Markets Debt senior leadership team. He was also a portfolio manager responsible for the dedicated Investment Grade, Investment Grade Plus, and High Yield Emerging Markets Corporate portfolios. Prior to that, he was an analyst responsible for the analysis of CEEMEA corporate credits across sectors. Luke started his career as an analyst within the Private Equity Secondaries team, where he was responsible for evaluating and executing secondary private equity investments on a global basis. Within this role, the majority of his time was spent valuing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as tracking the performance of existing funds.

Luke holds an MA in economics and philosophy from the University of St. Andrews.
