Andrea Drasites

Andrea "Andy" Drasites is head of real estate and agricultural finance at MetLife Investment Management (MIM), where she oversees the firm's commercial mortgage, equity real estate and agricultural investment portfolios. Andy joined MIM in October 2026. Prior to joining MIM, Andy was a senior managing director in Blackstone's Real Estate Group, where she led the asset management and strategic oversight of the firm's U.S. investments across the data and digital infrastructure, gaming, retail, trade show and other sectors. In that role, she also served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Andy was responsible for asset management, acquisitions and dispositions at Equity One, Inc. She began her career at Woolbright Development.

Andy received a Master of Business Administration, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree in international business from Rollins College. She serves on the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board and the Board of Trustees and Executive Board of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is a founding member and sits on the Board of Core Giving.
