Cheu Giam

Cheu Giam is head of Data Management & Analytics at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Cheu joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

At PineBridge, Cheu led the Private Credit Team’s data management and analytics function, supporting the business across all functional verticals including portfolio management, client reporting, investment operations and new product initiatives. Cheu was also responsible for integrating all facets of the team’s data into its portfolio management tool, Sentry PM, and to further continue system development and integration. Cheu successfully led and established the loan operations function and related processes for the team. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago as a senior financial analyst. She was a management trainee with the Singapore Press Holdings.

Cheu has a BEng in electrical and electronics engineering from the National University of Singapore and has completed various graduate MBA-level courses at the University of Chicago.
