Avery Klein is a Vice President at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Avery joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.
Most recently, at PineBridge, Avery was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and monitoring direct investments. Prior to PineBridge, he worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as an associate in the bank’s Leveraged Finance — Sponsor Finance Originations Group, where he was responsible for underwriting, executing, and monitoring direct investments.
Avery received a BBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan — Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a minor in economics.
