Kristen Kozlowski

Kristen Kozlowski is Head of Strategy & Business Development, Benson Elliot at MetLife Investment Management (MIM).

Kristin is Head of Strategy & Business Development at Benson Elliot and is responsible for portfolio monitoring, product development, and capital raising. She previously worked in transaction advisory for CBRE Hotels, assisting global capital in the acquisition and disposition of hotels throughout the United States and Europe. Kristen began her career with Sage Hospitality, a third-party management company in the United States.

Kristen holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and a BS in finance from the University of Colorado.

Kristen joined MetLife Investment Management (MIM) in December 2025 following MIM's acquisition of PineBridge Investments.
