Donald O’Day
Managing Director, Associate General Counsel
Donald O’Day is a Managing Director, Associate General Counsel at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Donald joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.
Most recently, at PineBridge, Donald was responsible for supporting the firm’s Private Credit Team. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York, where he represented asset managers, BDCs, and other alternative credit funds in private credit transactions.
Donald earned a BS in finance from the University of Connecticut and a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
