Mukesh Punjabi

Mukesh Punjabi is a Managing Director, Head of Alternatives Finance & Operations at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Mukesh joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

Most recently, at PineBridge, Mukesh was responsible for the fund accounting, financial reporting, and operations functions for the Alternatives Investments platform. Prior to PineBridge, Mukesh worked at Black Diamond Capital Management focusing on financial reporting and accounting for the firm’s private equity and credit business. Previously, he was a senior accountant in Merrill Lynch’s Global Private Equity Group.

Mukesh holds a BS in business administration with a major in accounting and finance and a minor in economics from Northeastern University, Boston.
