Brian Senatore

Brian Senatore, managing director, head of Portfolio Management & Underwriting at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Austin joined MIM in December 2025, in connection with the acquisition of PineBridge Investments by MIM.

At PineBridge, Brian led the portfolio management and underwriting function for the firm’s private credit business and was integrally involved with oversight of the portfolio, as well as credit processes and procedures. Brian has over 30 years of experience lending and managing sponsor and traditional senior middle market loans and leases. Prior to PineBridge, Brian worked at First Eagle Private Credit (f/k/a NewStar Financial) 4 as a managing director and portfolio manager responsible for negotiation, execution, and monitoring senior leveraged loans under all structures. Brian occupied various lending and credit positions including at CIT as a director and underwriting manager, relaunching CIT Capital Equipment Finance by building and managing the underwriting team. Prior to that, Brian worked at Callidus Capital Management (ultimately becoming Allied Capital Finance) as a founding member of the middle market senior debt platform, responsible for execution and management of loan transactions, fund management, reviewing various acquisition target portfolios and IT. Prior to Callidus, Brian worked at JPMorgan Chase in the middle market.

Brian graduated Villanova University cum laude with a Bachelor of Science, finance concentration.
